T900 + UV-curing FRP Shield-Pipeline Anti Corrosion Tape | Viscoelastic Wrap

T900 + UV-curing FRP Shield is a multilayer coating system designed for the corrosion protection of welded joints operating in highly corrosive environments and exposed to high mechanical stresses that may be present particularly on large diameter pipes.

The system consists of T900 corrosion prevention inner layer and UV-curing FRP Shield mechanical protection outer layer.

T900 provides a strong cohesive bond to the steel surface, at the spiral overlap and to the factory coatings. The tough mechanical properties of UV-curing FRP Shield protect the pipes from mechanical demage. And these make up a complete joints system.

T900 + UV-curing FRP Shield is the most reliable joints system, of which the main goal –corrosion prevention- is separated from the mechanical protection. Theoretically failure of the joints coating will never happen.
